Oh 'stress', my life you try to control,
How often? , only you and I can know,
So many others you command
You seem to wish the upper hand.

A balanced day each may plead
Why do you resort to power and greed? ,
Such little pleasure can be sought
Have you ever given this one thought? .

You made your way upon this earth
Many seek the reason for your birth,
They know you`ve lived far too long
I doubt you`ll perish, you`re far too strong.

' Stress' at least take a holiday
Pack your bags and fly away,
So many are left in peace to hope
When you return, they`ll learn to cope.
