One Special Man

I have no need to tell you

How close I hold your heart,

My everlasting prayer-

'That we never part'.

Life threw us a wild card

Many years ago,

You struggle through your pain

As only you and I can know.

But love still shines through your eyes

Each time you look my way,

I thank you now my darling

For staying with me every day.
