Off On Holiday (Gremlins Beware)
Tread gently, whisper softly
Don`t let the gremlins know
That you are on your journey
It`s best that you tiptoe.

Creep into your car
Before they do their work,
Or they will tamper with your engine
Then they`ll hide and smirk.

Travel on your way at a steady pace
But be very mindful,
Those gremlins are behind you
Rifling through your case.

Then they will steal your passport
Because they love a little book
To write a message in
That your not off the hook.

If you should be lucky enough
To set foot on your plane
They`ll make sure your luggage
You never see again.

At last your destination looms
You give a thankful sigh
But they`ve got there before you
And the rain will make you cry.

Hopefully the little gremlins
Will fall into an exhausted sleep
So you can enjoy your holiday
If you`ve not collapsed into a heap.
