A leap beyond my comfort zone
Admiring the view,
Weaving through the unknown
In the hope of finding something new.

Jumping into knowledge
(If I can convince my brain to settle there) ,
Seeing what I can discover
Of any interest to share.

Much time I`ve already wasted
That I never will regain
If I continue on this theme
I`m only hoarding pain.

So if I can find fulfilment
I`ll grab it thankfully,
As I`ve realized my time on earth
Is a marvellous gift to me.

I wonder will I then find heaven
Or should I fear I could meet hell,
I guess I`ll only know that answer
When it`s far too late to tell.
