Dear Mr. Huxley,

I am writing to you to express my slowly draining enthusiasm to work for this company. For many years under your authority, I have found that you have zero interest in your employees. Moreso, you seem to ignore my contributions made to this company and how, in our recent deal, I was the one who made it possible. I do not mean to bring burdens to your doorstep. However, I cannot see myself staying loyal any longer, if things do not change. I have not had a raise since being hired. Am I not deserving? Or actually, am I not worth your time? Either way, you should be guiding your employees and give them tips on growth. If you do not see any growth in me, then I would be open to suggestions on what I could do.

Best,

Enico Orazio
