Behold the Lamb
[Sample: Pastor Al Pino]
"For three years I have told you that I am the Son of God. I have revealed that I am the Messiah, the very Messiah who you, as Jews, believe will deliver you, will be like a super=king... This Messiah must suffer. He's gonna suffer to deliver you, not from a death angel in Egypt or from a Pharaoh in Egypt, but to deliver you from eternal punishment before a holy God."

[Verse 1: Zae da Blacksmith]
Aight boom, He died but He’d rise from the tomb
Despite the lies they tried to comprise for His doom
They plotted on Him and spotted Him while He prayed
In the garden of Gethsemane they’d send a mob His way
With the one by whom He was betrayed
Though His boys was with Him and the spirit’s willing they just couldn’t stay awake
While He pleaded with the Father in regards to what He’d Face
When He’d trade place with sinners so they’d receive grace
He asked “may this cup pass” like “Dad do I gotta?”
Nevertheless He said “not my will but yours Abba”
Then He rose to His feet to go meet these creeps
One of which would plant a kiss with cold lips on His cheek
But before the dude would do this He knew it'd be Judas
That’s why at supper time He dipped His bread and gave it to him
And so He willingly gave Himself as an offering
To cease the beef we had with the Father as the result of sin
Now it’s by faith that on His righteousness we stand
Saved by the grace of the perfect and the spotless Lamb

[Scratches: Average Joe]
"...Behold the Lamb of God..."
"...The Lamb of God who was slain..."
"...Behold the Lamb of God..."
"...The Lamb of God who was slain..."
"...Slain Lamb, great man who delivered me..."
[Verse 2: Zae da Blacksmith]
Behold the Lamb, arrested and bound by both hands
Brought down to be questioned and stand before man
First they would bring Him to Annas the high priest
To cross examine Him about His peeps and what He would teach
Peep, about His teachings He told him He spoke openly
To those who heard Him and if he hoped to know he should talk to these
And though He didn’t even try to plead His case
One of the officers standing by beat Him in his face
Then He was brought to Caiaphas, one of the Sanhedrin
Before they brought Him to Pontius Pilate who had no beef with Him
But even still He was taken so they can flog Him
They beat His grill, stripped Him naked and take His garments
Surrounded by Roman soldiers, they’d pound Him and scold Him
Shouting “King of Jews” but refused to exalt Him, yo
They put a purple robe on Him with a crown of thorns
And put a hurting on him though they never cracked one of His bones
The perfect sacrifice, the spotless Lamb
So none the Father gives Him can be snatched from His hand

"...Behold the Lamb of God..."
"...The Lamb of God who was slain..."
"...Behold the Lamb of God..."
"...The Lamb of God who was slain..."
"...Slain Lamb, great man who delivered me..."
[Verse 3: Zae da Blacksmith]
Aight, check it, cross reference with the records
Written by the prophets of old reflect on the message
They spoke about Israel’s hope and how He’d free ’em
Behold, the Kingdom of God's here but they don’t see Him though
On Calvary road His passion unfolds
He carried His cross to place of the skulls to save souls, yo
And while He suffered and submitted to be mocked and beat
He was revealing the fulfillment of the prophesies
Psalm 22:16, pierced hands and feet
Luke 23:33, read the verse and weep
He was accused, charged and abused
Yet He prayed for ’em like “Father they know not what they do”
They got Him confused for some sort of blasphemous dude
And they ignored John the Baptist when He blasted the news, yo
They should have listened as he spoke of this man
When he saw Jesus coming and he said to "behold the Lamb"

[Sample: Pastor Al Pino]
"Jesus delivers us from the slavery of our sin through His sacrifice as the Lamb of God, and we go from being somebody with no nation, no people, orphans, and then He saves us and He brings us together and we become His people. Behold the Lamb of God."
