Lazy Giants
Lazy giants, they slumber by the bay
The moon is glowing and drives the dark away
Knocks on a window and moves through the opening
I sense danger heavy in the air

From the ground buildings rush up to the sky
Throwing shadows over times gone by
See the hooks dangle from the cranes carefree
Kings and rulers over you and me
But if everything is as it was
Saying just because is not enough

From the ocean a blissful smile appears
Flooding over the fields and through the dales
Taps on a window and slips through the opening
No doubt danger lurks around the bend

From the ground buildings rush up to the sky
Throwing shadows over times gone by
See the hooks dangle from the cranes carefree
Kings and rulers over you and me
But if everything is as it was
Saying just because is not enough

From the ground buildings rush up to the sky
Throwing shadows over times gone by
See the hooks dangle from the cranes carefree
Kings and rulers over you and me
But if everything is as it was
Saying just because is not enough
