Headhaunter
Chop Chop
Forest falls with beads of sweat, you've been chopping trees again/
You've been talking sweet revenge, with disembodied feline heads/
You can feel it in your molecules, it swirls inside your bones/
You want a world of your own, so you can burn it down and grow/
But the roots, they writhe like tentacles and never let go/
Axe head will lay those pesky woods to rest with death blows/
Don't choke or cough on fluids in your helmet, red bones/
And murder weapons swept up in a millisecond, get thrown/
Around in flash floods, don't nod off, knock knock/
Have to meet the quota like, chop chop, chop chop/
All your dearest friends are horizontal trees/
You barely eat and rarely sleep, mountains bottom row of teeth/

It's all you've ever known, cus it's all you ever do/
And it's all you'll ever know, cus it's all you'll ever do/
Gather the forest and rip it all down/
Until that dim blue sun has winked itself out/

You're looking so stagnant, transfixed on red stars/
Blunt hatchet, you're scratching nonsense in dead bark/
Lifelong interlude, trenchfoot, ships all set off/
On strong winds that had blew, while you're stuck in dense fog/
Still swinging, still chipping it forevermore/
Never make it to the sea, never with the rest ashore/
Rest assured, you'll be here 'til you're one with the forest floor/
As some forage forced to fork your fortune over for the force/
Of nature at your door, knock knock, vent a little bit/
Let your arm extension fell the mess your living in/
Woodchips explode, puked out the head of an axe/
Make it blot out sun, and then you'll get to relax/
