There was a group a people staring at this thing. How I would describe it is a cloud on the ground, stretched out over several yards. (Gah, I'm American.) Or, stretched over several meters. (Hopefully that's better.) People started walking through it. I was hesitant. I knelt down and felt the object. It felt silky, I guess
